CSI’s veteran Senior Management team has over 100 years of combined service with the company and expertise in the concrete industry.

CSI Shelter Technologies’ unique precast modular building concept, designed to facilitate future expansion and transportability, was developed in the 80s. Building construction includes 5,000 PSI steel-reinforced concrete in each modular component. Architecturally appealing, all buildings require little maintenance and guarantee tough protection against vandalism, fire, water intrusion, tower ice, seismic disturbances and even attack!
